This Privacy Policy describes how Handy Harding LLC ("we," "us," or "our") handles information in connection with the Handy Harding CRM application ("the Application"). The Application is a private, internal business management tool used exclusively by Handy Harding LLC and is not a consumer-facing product.

Who Uses This Application

The Application is used solely by Josh Harding, the owner and sole operator of Handy Harding LLC, for the purpose of managing business leads, project estimates, invoices, and client communications. There are no end-user registrations, no public accounts, and no third-party user access.

QuickBooks Online Integration

The Application integrates with QuickBooks Online via the Intuit Developer API using OAuth 2.0 authentication. This integration allows the Application to:

All QuickBooks data accessed through this integration belongs exclusively to Handy Harding LLC's QuickBooks Online company file. No QuickBooks data is transmitted to any third party or used for any purpose other than the internal business operations described above.

Data Storage and Security

Application data is stored in a private SQLite database hosted on a privately owned server operated by Handy Harding LLC. The Application is not publicly accessible — it is protected by password authentication and operates on a private local network or secured private server. API credentials and authentication tokens are stored in encrypted configuration files and are never transmitted to or stored by third parties.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, share, or otherwise disclose client information to any third party except as required to operate the Application (i.e., synchronization with Handy Harding LLC's own QuickBooks Online account via the Intuit API). No advertising, analytics, or tracking services are used within the Application.

Data Retention

Client and project data is retained as long as it is needed for business record-keeping purposes. Clients may request that their information be removed from the Application's database by contacting us directly at the address below. Note that we may be required to retain certain financial records for legal or tax compliance purposes.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of the Application following any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

Governing Law

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
